Just got my order and it is missing my tots. I have been on hold for 10 minutes and still on hold. It will be my last time I order. This is a bunch of crap.now they say I did not order tots ....their recorder is wrong as I did ... I quit ordering from them because of this and proves I did not make a mistake. Last order.....

We were on hold for over 30 minutes and then she complain when we get him hung up and called back and then she suggested that we not call back again

Every time it is something, I pay extra 59 cents for extra sauce, I NEVER get it, asked for parm cheese and he told me I had to buy a shaker, the most recent, and this is what totally nailed the coffin shut, ordered food via app for delivery, at 5:43 "John is preparing my order"..... 2 hours later according to app john is still preparing my order, so I call and I ask what's going on and she exclaims "it's being prepared sir!", never asked name or any other information, so I check app again 8:00 "john" has started preparing your order... soo 8:45 rolls around, I call and cancel... not worth your money or the headache.
