During my recent trip for work, I visited a nearby restaurant for a meal. The food and service were excellent, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as dirt on surfaces and smudged restroom doors.

We were charged extra for cheese on enchiladas when we paid for a bowl of cheese dip. The waitress never checked on us. When I complained to the cashier she was a smartie. I finally said we won't be back and she said ok! What on Earth?
