This kfc is decent depending on what time you go there, daytime isn't bad they have some older decent workers but forget about going their in the evening/night. This one employs kids who do not care about whether they keep their job or not. Constant messed up orders and the girl you talk to to make the order acts like a snob if you happen to request anything. Wait time... hope you filled up on gas because you'll be waiting for a good while just about everytime you will have to pull up to wait for your order unless its one piece of chicken.

On 12/29/20 I stopped at KFC in Highland AR and ordered a 20 dollar fill up chicken meal got home started eating and discovered it was raw on n the middle. I call them and their response was to bring it back and show them. I did the next day cause I had worked 10 hour shift with a 2 hour drive and all they said is we’ll write your name down for a free meal when you get ready... Needless to say that will take a while then to top it off my husband was brave enough to order a nacho bell grande meal at that visit, get home open the box and it had lots of chips little beans little cheese and nothing else 😡😡😡

Mess up on my order well over a 100 times over the last 10 years no joke and today they cook my chiken and just about all the breading fall off the chiken I called them to see I am going to get a refund but line was busy I am going to call them again in a minute I am very disappointed in kfc and alot of people I know feel the same way I even know someone that feels like sueing them
