I'm disappointed and upset. I arrived at the location around 10:10pm and watched the cars in front of me in the drive thru get there mixers. I waited in line for 15 minutes, 5 of which I sat and waited to order. When I ordered at 10:25pm I was told the mixer machine is down for the night. Pretty sure the store is open til 10:45pm right? I came there only to get a mixer and it was my first time going to a Braum's. Needless to say I likely will not return since customers don't seem to matter.
