The pizza at Geno's offers a unique St. Louis-style cracker crust that may not be to everyone's taste, but I find it delicious and crave it often. The focus here is on generous toppings and cheese, with a lighter sauce, allowing the flavors to shine through. If you prefer pizzas with less sauce, this could be the perfect choice for you, especially when paired with their excellent ranch dressing for dipping.
