We have been coming to JO-Jo's for a long time and the recent service has gone downhill so much we will not be back for a while. The last visit we only ordered BBQ sandwiches and it took about 20 minutes to be served. Waiter/Waitress are either hovering or disappearing. They seem more interested in the sports on the TV than our service.

The food was ok. What hurt me the most was how I was treated by staff. I have heard nothing but great things about the place, but felt unwanted from the minute I walked in. Never didn't anyone come check to see if my table (of 2) needed drink refills or anthing but the tables around us had star treatment. Even when I stood at the register for a couple of minutes to check out a "regular" got the manager attention that he needed something and she waited on him before cashing me out.

All of the food is wonderful. It is made with the finest quality ingredients. The prices are exceptionally well for the portion sizes. The staff are so friendly and caring.
