Finding a decent bagel in California felt impossible, especially as a NYC native missing my favorites. Just yesterday, my boyfriend took me to Noah's, and I decided to try the sausage, egg, and cheese, which completely exceeded my expectations. The bagel was fluffy and flavorful, making me feel like I was back home; I even picked up a cinnamon raisin for later, and I can't wait to go back for more!
