The customer service here is awesome, with staff who are super helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile-like shipping replacement parts under a one-year warranty if something breaks. Their huge variety of green beans, roasting gear, and coffee knowledge has made them my go-to source for all things home roasting, and the whole experience, whether online or in person, is always smooth and enjoyable.
