The ribs here are absolutely phenomenal, so tender and flavorful that I've found myself craving them nearly half the past two months. The local butcher offers a fantastic variety of meats, including non-GMO, grass-fed, and hormone-free options, and they're always ready to customize cuts or special orders with honest advice and fair prices. Despite a sometimes brusque service, the quality and selection-from fresh sausages to excellent poultry-make it a true culinary treasure for anyone serious about their meat.
