The pies here are absolutely incredible, with perfectly flaky crusts and fresh, flavorful fillings that strike just the right balance of sweetness. After trying a variety of flavors like strawberry, blueberry sour cream, banana cream, and pecan, I've found myself consistently impressed by the quality and taste that surpass many other bakeries I've sampled across California.
