My wife and I were on the hunt for an apartment in Oakland recently. We came across a building managed by Heidi, who was super accommodating and easy to work with throughout the process. Ultimately, we chose a different neighborhood for convenience with my SF commute, but we really appreciated Heidi's quick communication. The management seemed thorough, creating a strong sense of community there compared to other places we looked at.
