As a long-time fan of this Pho house in Oakland, I always order the pho with tendons, noodles, and plenty of fresh greens on the side, which I believe enhances the flavor. The service is consistently excellent, and I love that I can grab a large portion for lunch the next day while enjoying the peaceful ambiance.
