Last weekend, I wandered into a pop-up BBQ haven run by a passionate new guy who's reviving the scene with his mouthwatering smoked meats. The brisket was my favorite, but those tender ribs and rich baked beans stole the show-I'm definitely going back for more!

man I order a brisket sandwich and the meat was all fat and the hot Sauce had no kick the baked beans were good
