I have visited Taquería Gonzalez multiple times and still have more menu items to try. One standout dish for me is the Birria de chivo, which my partner particularly enjoys with tacos and consomí©. The Menudo is delicious, but it's best to arrive early to get the freshest options. The Tacos de asada are a bit dry for my taste, but I appreciate the handmade tortillas.
