On weekends, I love getting takeout pupusas from this restaurant, but I finally had the opportunity to dine in for lunch during the week. The service was attentive, the pupusas were deliciously filled with meat and perfectly cooked, and I was especially impressed by the homemade tortillas and the authentic flavors that reminded me of a cozy, home-cooked meal.

We have been going there in that restaurant for over a year and the lady workers initially were friendly, but one day recently, I came with a new hairstyle, and the woman cashier ever since then became serious with me. Later the lady workers would make fun of me because I could not make pupusas since that was all we ordered from there. Another day we call them to place an order for pickup. To my surprise, the lady workers told me she would not give me my order because the cook had not arrived, and they did not know how to turn on the stove. Later, they would block our calls or did not answer, since they have cellphones, they knew right away which customer calls them. So now, I promised myself to never step foot into their restaurant for lack of professionalism on their part, and for suddenly being rude and serious with me since I have always been civil and kind to them. They just lost a few customers on our part.
