After struggling to find good Chinese food in Hayward, I began making the drive to Union City, where I discovered a fantastic restaurant. They stay open late on weekends, perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings after a few drinks. The Crispy Chicken and chilled spicy duck necks are must-tries, and I was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners stopped by to greet us and offer my daughter a sweet treat.
