Have been there 4 various times to give it a fair review. (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner, and a large party w/a handicapped person) All four times, the customer service was worse that bad. The food at the salad bar is spoiled and/or wilted. The people aren't customer service oriented at all. But today 10/3/09 was the worse yet. We took a party of 7 there for breakfast. One person was in a wheelchair this time. They gave us a table that was not wheelchair accessible. People had to get up at the tables all around to get the wheelchair through. Then the gentleman seating us didn't even help us. He just placed the menues on the table and walked away. I had to literally stop him to tell him that the table would not do. He then told us to wait in the lobby and they would get us a table on the otherside. After 15 minutes, a lady behind the register asked if we had been helped. My friend in the wheelchair tried to explain and the woman cut her off and said, "I don't understand you". I then explained the situation to her. She then told us, "Well, I have a party of 16 that I haven't even served yet, so I can't help you". I was floored. I would have at least expected, "I have a party of 16 that hasn't been served, so it might be a little bit of a wait. Would you like some water or anything while you are waiting" Something other than, "I can't help you". Will NEVER eat there again and I will spread the word so we can create a huge boycott of the restaurant.
