So this will be the third & final time this place makes an error and blames the customer. Twice we tried a phone order (they’re super close & we wanted to support local small biz). TWICE they took the order & were like “oh that’ll be two hours” no sorry can’t / won’t wait 2hr for pizza. No problem, cancel the order. NOPE. WRONG. The merchant charged us, in full, both times and REFUSED to issue refund... had to dispute charges with my bank. Manager / owner lady (Marlene) blames her point of sales “system”. Lol. So we give them yet ANOTHER shot today. It’s hot, we don’t want to cook, we have 4 hungry kids. In haste, I grab the LARGE pizza not realizing it isn’t the XL we both ordered and paid for. We call to get a correction on the charge and Marlenes staff says basically “per Marlene and because of coronavirus NO REFUNDS ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT.”
Sorry lady COVID19 isn’t an excuse to consistently & systemically get stuff wrong, blame customer & then try to keep the money too.
We’re done with them. For DINE IN ONLY they are good, the food is good & the kids who work there are fine. Business practices wise, it’s horrible. Garbage.
