I absolutely love Black Cat Bistro; the atmosphere, the wonderful staff and the absolutely delicious food! I come down here once or twice a year and I always make a reservation at Black Cat Bistro. It is the perfect place to go after enjoying the beach or Hearst Castle. The last two times I have had the scallops with the corn puree. I think about it when I am not in Cambria. I wish i lived here, but visiting is terrific too!
