I thoroughly enjoyed the best seafood enchiladas and friendly atmosphere at a cozy Mexican restaurant in Cambria, California, before heading to Hearst Castle, where the service and food were amazing, the coastal Mexican cuisine was authentic, and the micheladas and salsas were flavorful and spiced just right.
