I love going to this Chinese restaurant where the friendly woman who's been kind to me since I was a kid always greets me warmly. The food is consistently good, especially the orange chicken and green beans with chicken - they're flavorful and well-seasoned. The service is excellent and the staff are sweet, making it a welcoming and safe environment to enjoy some authentic Chinese food.

On vacation from Mission Texas we stopped in coalinga to do basic shopping and we were craving Chinese food. Did a Google search with reviews and found China 1 express. It's a small family business but don't let it fool you. We found the lady cutting up fresh green beans in the small lobby. Which was a surprise since now a days everything is pre-packaged or frozen. She was very friendly. She took and gave us our order quickly. The general tzo, chicken and broccoli and orange chicken were awesome!! And for the price we got a mountain of food. Would definitely come back.
