worst service I have ever had.
the food has gone down hill, everything tastes as though it has been frozen too loo long, and then microwaved, the guy at the front door didn't adknowlege me,and the manager didn't either. The manager told me that I should have tried speaking spanish to front door guy, and never even looked up at me when I tried to order from him, I said sorry, I didn't mean to bother you, and won't be back. , to which he responded, good, that's perfect. I have always been a good tipper when I got deliveries from there,, and did not deserve to be treated so badly, even when I ordered spagetti and meatballs. Which was still partially FROZEN. 10 thumbs down spagetti and meatballs, and got only pasta with some tomato paste, not sauce, not spagetti sauce, just tomato paste, still frozen, as was the pasta

Their food is good, but their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I ordered fetticinni Alfredo take out when I got home the container was only half full! I called them and spoke to Marcello, the owner who did nothing to satisfy me, and told me that next time he will make sure it is the correct amount plus it was dried out with minimal amount of alfredo sauce! I could not believe it! I will neve go there again and told the owner that he was going to lose a good customer, he didnt seem to care. How can a restaurant not stand behind their food? I am warning you go elsewhere!!! This is not the type of place I would recommend to anyone. I will never go back
