During a holiday trip to California, I took my husband to Solvang, a charming Dutch-style town with tons of quaint character and delicious bakeries. We tried Bit O' Denmark for brunch and dinner, where the Monte Cristo sandwich and Wiener schnitzel totally impressed us, along with the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The authentic Danish dishes, homey decor, and friendly staff made it one of the best dining experiences on our trip.
