During my journeys to Madera, I find myself irresistibly drawn to El Korita for their exceptional strawberries and cream and delectable tortas. The freshness of their raspados, especially the fresa variety, tantalizes the palate with a perfect blend of flavors, all made from scratch. Although the ambiance is quite simple and the queue can be lengthy, the quality of the offerings and the affordability make every visit worthwhile.
