I had a wonderful dinner. I had just finished an event by Diehardz & Son’s, Pete and his Michael Salazar.
They treated me to dinner there. The waitress was not only very professional, but creative. They were out of pork katsu, she asked the cook to make me a chicken katsu; which not only saved my experience there, but made me appreciate the waitress for her caring!!!
