For a date night celebrating my girlfriend's 40th birthday and other special occasions, Max's Bistro impressed me with its adorable ambiance, generous appetizers, delicious and well-seasoned food-especially the fries and short ribs-excellent wine selection, and attentive, accommodating service despite occasional delays and some minor food inconsistencies, making it a cozy, lively spot I look forward to returning to with loved ones.
