Lousy
The help is absolutely terrible, act 'entitled', the store was a mess, floors filthy, no fresh coffee brewed. Music blaring and they act like they are doing you a favor. One word describes this starbucks: Ghetto
What a pigstye, but looking at the help they have working there I'm not surprised. Should have gone to the one on Kern Street. This place is a dump (shares the office depot parking lot)
As anew ISO 9001 Lead Auditor as well as a Certified SQF auditor I would have suspended their certification.
