I used to be a regular customer (3-4 x/month, alone & with family). Then one evening, I bit into something metallic. Pulling it out, it was a coiled piece of slender steel. I sent it back and after a good wait, the server told me it was from a strainer. I'd been there enough times, I thought the owner might say something to me directly. Not only did that not happen, but the server told me he wasn't comping the meal, merely taking 50% off. That was enough disrespect for me & I've never been back. The place continues to appear popular so the lack of my $150-200/month obviously is not noticed (for a total approaching $45,000 now). But at least I'm finally setting the record straight for what happened in my case.
