Living in Fresno, I've come to expect mediocre Chinese food, so I was ready for disappointment. However, I was genuinely surprised when I found some amazing hot and sour soup here, probably the best I've had outside the Bay Area. The Hong Kong style chow mein was truly impressive, and while the phat pet wasn't my favorite, it was still well-prepared, making this my new go-to for great Chinese cuisine in town.
