I find the ratings a bit harsh given the price point, but I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and sense of security despite the outdated decor and weak soundproofing. While some facilities could use an upgrade and maintenance, the overall experience at this hotel, priced around $100 with inclusive breakfast and ample parking, is quite satisfactory for a simple stay in Fresno.
