I agree with you, my order was missing several things. My fruit cup was upside down in the bag all over everything else. People did not even get their order period. Sad customer service. I had to threaten to get my money back but they told me they were going to keep $10 for a tip out of my money. Never again ever.

Ordered breakfast delivery to our home in Clovis, CA. IHOP charged us for the order and missed sending several items. Manager would neither refund the items not provided, send the items not delivered, or accept any responsibility for not delivering the food paid for. IHOP places all accountability on the delivery service even though they claimed, "we went over each item personally before delivery."
Horrible service and horrible accountability from the management down. Order from them if you want mistakes and no apologies.
