New China in Visalia is where I always head for my favorite Chinese food fix. The portions are always satisfying, and the flavors never disappoint. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is welcoming.

This food was horrid. It was way undercooked, and it made me and my bf 🤢 🤮. Never going back again. Tell everyone the same
