At the Tamale Festival, I discovered the magic of pupusas and was blown away by their deliciousness-who knew they could be such a culinary revelation? Casa Lopez truly nailed it for my son's wedding with fantastic food, lively mariachi, and a warm atmosphere that made everyone feel right at home!
