Just ordered $ 50.00 of food had it delivered opened the broccoli beef put it on a plate and a nice large black fly was marinating in the sauce. Called the restaurant and explained this to them and asked if they could replace it with orange chicken instead because I didn't want to take a chance on more flies in the sauce. They agreed I threw the fly beef in the garbage. Now I am a repeat customer and have them deliver to me all the time so they should have my info on file. They call me back and wanted to see the fly in broccoli beef before they would bring out the chicken I told them I had thrown it away. So now they can't replace it because I could be scamming them. The broccoli beef was 7.75 the chicken is 6.00 so I was going to lose money on the deal. I am a repeat customer that they delivered to on a regular basis talk about customer service. And the driver got a $ 5.00 tip. I understand there are people who might want to get free food but please I just spent $ 55.00 on food and delivery. I will NEVER order from them again. They lost a good customer and I will let all my friends who live in this area that order from them know exactly what happened and you will lose their business to.
