Had an amazing dinner at El Nuevo Mexicali III in Springville. The Molcaquete was absolutely huge, just check out the video I took! It's packed with shrimp, chicken, carne asada, cheese, Mexican toasted green onions, and two toasted jalapeños; and comes with rice and beans on the side. The service was fantastic, with Rudy and Amador thoroughly enjoying their perfectly cooked rib eye while I savored the delicious enchiladas suizas and incredible green salsa. The karaoke on Friday nights at 7pm is a fun touch, making it a great spot for good food and entertainment.

This place is great !!! Food & prices are exceptional .... very consistent and not just Mexican food, bacon cheeseburger and pastrami sandwiches are very good too. Very fulfilling, coming through Springville or local, check it out !!!
