If reviewed previously, this establishment would have received a lower rating due to poor service from a rude waitress. However, with new ownership and management in place, I decided to give it another chance. The steak was cooked perfectly and the calamari appetizers had a delicious crispy batter, though the cocktail sauce could use more flavor. The service this time around was significantly better, with a friendly and knowledgeable server, despite some minor annoyances. Overall, while the experience has improved, I believe there are better options for steak elsewhere.
