Schat's Bakery in Mammoth offers an incredible variety of freshly baked pastries, breads, and sandwiches that never disappoint. The turkey sandwiches, made with fresh oven-baked bread and daily roasted turkey, are especially memorable, paired wonderfully with their flavorful soups like split pea or tomato basil.
