See the Google reviews. this location is untrustworthy, unfriendly, unreliable, and unprofessional. the best thing is to order from a different restaurant. staff do not communicate, they leave items out of the order, the food quality is poor, whoever he is and answers the phone evades questions, and is just downright rude to paying customers. I was always very friendly and a good customer, but without explanation they canceled my order and told me to go somewhere else. whoever answers that phone, he has a softer voice and sounds foreign, he should not be allowed to be in business, and I told them I was going to file a complaint. this is the Newbury Park location. AWFUL!! delivery drivers also do not follow delivery instructions, which are important. shame on this location!
