BEST BURGER EVER !!!
We pulled into the chain (Carl's) burger joint next door to get a Hamburger while traveling. The wind shifted and the wonderful aroma from Yanni's grill caught our attention. We decided to see what they were about and crossed the parking lot to Yanni's and went in. Are we ever glad we did. What a treasure! First, the meat is seasoned with spices used on Gyro meat, plus we thought we tasted mint and parsley in it also. It was so delicious, juicey and dripping with goodness. An all-around flavor explosion. We each got the Texas burger. There was even jalapeno in the meat. I got my onions grilled. We will be stopping there from now on everytime we travel through Fillmore (Hwy 126). Sorry Carl's, you have been replaced!
