I had an awesome sushi experience recently with a super friendly server and some seriously delicious food. The lobster roll was a standout, and the Japanese scallops had this fantastic smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the sauce. Plus, I'm really digging the veggie rolls now that I'm vegan; they taste amazing with just a little soy sauce.
