Living in LA has been challenging when searching for a home, but the Waterstone team made the experience incredibly welcoming and supportive, especially Ashley, Shannon, Nicole, and Becky, who treat residents with genuine care and professionalism. The community itself offers spacious apartments, excellent amenities like two fitness centers, a large pool, a dog playground, and thoughtful conveniences, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.

Looking for a place to live in LA lately has been a real headache, am I right? When I checked out Waterstone, I was blown away by the amazing team waiting for me. The leasing office is so inviting, and Nicole's warm smile greets you as soon as you walk in. Manager Ashley and Asst. Manager Shannon are hands down the best property managers I've ever dealt with - they treated me like family during a rough patch in my life and made sure I had a home with love and care. And let me tell you, the complex is stunning! Tons of amenities like two fitness centers, a big pool, and even a doggie playground. Becky Libow, the new Assistant Property Manager, is a gem - super responsive and trustworthy. If you're thinking of moving to Waterstone, you'll be in great hands with Becky.
