I found a solid Mexican restaurant in Bishop that really impressed me. The chips and salsa were outstanding, and I loved the homemade tortilla chips; the chimichanga special I ordered was delicious, with the beans being a standout. The service was friendly and attentive, making this a must-visit every time I'm in town.
