The bagels here are seriously delicious-soft, chewy, and packed with flavor, especially the cheddar jalapeño and chorizo sunrise sandwich. The service can be hit or miss, with some staff being super friendly and others a bit rude, plus seating is almost non-existent, so I usually just grab my order and go.
