I experienced exceptional service that reminded me of what great customer care should be, thanks to Katie, who truly embodies a strong work ethic. The bagels here are reminiscent of those from New York, and I always enjoy the flavorful options, although my recent order mix-up left me a bit frustrated, despite the friendly staff.
