After landing in LA from Belize, my friends and I tried the Fry Jack breakfast at a restaurant in California. Despite the 3 1/2 hour drive from home, we found the Belizean food to be worth the trip and plan to visit again when we're in Southern California. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was absolutely delicious, making it a great find for authentic Belizean cuisine in the area.
