As a Carson native for 33 years, I can confidently say that this place serves the absolute best made-to-order turon in Carson and nearby cities. The dinuguan is a standout choice if you prefer it less fatty, and the service is impressively fast. While the ambiance may not be for dining in, most people opt to order to go, especially during the lunch rush when food tends to run out early - so my advice is to come early to avoid missing out on the delicious offerings.
