The food and service at Norms exceeded my expectations, with attentive staff like Amber and Alberto making the experience enjoyable. Despite a minor issue with a dirty table and slightly burnt hash browns, the overall meal was delicious and the atmosphere felt welcoming and family-oriented. I was especially impressed when the manager personally returned my lost wallet, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care.
