On 8/29/21 I went in to buy breakfast at 12:14 p.m, Alejandra and Jhoan helped me. When it was time to pay, I told Alejandra that I was going to pay half on one card and half on the other. Alejandra charged me half on one card and accidentally pressed cash for the second half. She couldn't reverse it and called Jhoan over to help, he couldn't reverse it either so he called (what I assume) is the his manager to ask her for help and put her on speaker. He explained the situation and his manager said "Hay pinche vieja pendeja!" which translates to an old a**hole. That was very unprofessional and rude for no reason. I tried to get her name but her name was never given to me. I just want to specify that Alejandra and Jhoan were lovely and tried to reverse that cash part very politely, I am only giving their name to help identify the person that they were talking to.
