El Pollo Loco doesn't compare to JUAN's; their rotisserie chicken is truly perfected. The rice and beans are delicious, and for just $20, a family of four can eat well with lunch specials that include a soda. Although the potato salad could use some improvement, the flavorful chicken and friendly service keep me coming back for more.
