This was once a good place to get a burger. I say ONCE because, be it because owner doesn’t care anymore or more likely, the employees don’t care! When I come here, I order a #1, Boss Combo NO CHEESE, root beer to drink. This burger comes with 1 patty, slice of processed American cheese, 2 slices bacon, 2 onion rings, lettuce, pickles, tomato slice. Some times the American cheese is substituted with a different cheese, ‘when you said No Cheese, I thought you meant American’. Usually there is cheese! I started checking my order before I leave parking lot, saving a return trip. This time, after a long day at work and shopping after, I gave my usual order, then drove home. I ordered a Boss Combo, what I got was a Plain burger! No Cheese. No Bacon. No pickles. No lettuce! There was 1 half cooked onion ring and a slice of tomato sooooo thin, you could read through it! I called Foster’s and asked if the people cooking, knew what goes on a burger for a Boss Combo? Oh, of course they do! I asked who made my burger? ‘Denisha, but she’s new’. Ok, who is training Denisha? The person on phone was very proud to announce, ‘I am training her. My name is Maranda.’ Maranda, do you check her work? ‘Of course, I’m training her.’ In my opinion, Maranda should be FIRED! Marina is training Denisha, Maranda is checking her work, Maranda needs to be FIRED is this is ANY indication of the training and supervision that Maranda does! Oh, Char, the ‘owner’ and the person in charge of this mess, did call me back 9:30am the next morning, offered me another burger? WTF? I don’t want another burger! I wanted the burger last night! 12 years of living in this town, 12 years of ordering the same #1 Boss Combo NO CHEESE! 12 years of you NOT GETTING ORDER CORRECT! 12 years of you, CHAR, giving another burger each and every time I come here and you promising the same thing, “It will NEVER happen again.” WRONG! It happens EVERY TIME, but you do not have to worry about getting my order correct, I’ll go to McDonald’s or Jack in the Box. If they get the order wrong, it doesn’t cost $11.00
